Jos Peron biscuit factory was created in Coray, right in the heart of Brittany, in 1916, when Jos Peron started baking delicious Breton cakes using fresh farm butter and eggs brought by the villagers. The Jos Peron biscuit factory still uses the original family recipes and baking methods. Our recipes are guaranteed without any adding of flavourgins, colourings, or preservatives. Only the best ingredients are used, especially the fine Breton butter which gives the Jos Peron biscuits their unique and rich flavour.
